"I just wanted to expand a bit on our assessment of Rob Carter's service. We did give him an excellent review in the evaluation survey we were sent the other day, but I don't feel our comments adequately conveyed our experience working with Rob.
In my experiences dealing with realtors in my life so far, (three buying agents and two selling agents) Rob has been BY FAR the most helpful agent I've ever dealt with. He went out of his way to help us understand the markets we were looking in. He asked a lot of clarification questions to get a handle on what our needs and desires were and to put them in perspective relative to what we were finding. He relied upon support resources when they were needed, such as calling upon a contractor to look over a house with us to assess the cost of needed repairs before making an offer. He even came to our house one Saturday afternoon (when he could have been out showing homes to other clients) to review the many GFEs I got from mortgage lenders to help us understand the fees and other costs of the various loan options. And throughout, he never pushed his advice on us or offered inappropriate or unprofessional commentary, yet he was attentive enough to see when guidance was needed. Though ZipRealty is set up to let us do our own research, Rob was consistently there as both our administrative assistant and strategic advisor.
