As a real estate professional for over 10 years and a broker for over 8 years, I have chosen real estate as my full time profession. During my career, I have seen many changes and fluctuations within the marketplace as well as in the way business is done. Technology has always been an important part of my business and since the infancy of real estate technology, I have used innovations to benefit my clients directly whether simplifying their search, or using technology to sell their home faster.

Over the course of my real estate career I have hired, trained and mentored over 100 agents and have written comprehensive training curriculum for a prominent office in the Chicago region. I have consulted and managed agents throughout the country to become top performers and have always strived to lead by example.

My focus now is, squarely, back on my clientele. My passion is selling and my expanded knowledge and expertise has helped me to become a better consultant to my clients. I understand what a tremendous financial and emotional investment purchasing or selling a home can be and I always strive to manage my client's expectations and produce enthusiastically happy buyers and sellers. My approach is to be empathetic, to understand and communicate with my clients clearly and thoroughly, and to consult with them honestly about their choices and options.

Recently, my practice has also included the pleasure of being featured on HGTV's House Hunters where I have filmed two episodes. One of which features my clients and I looking in a local suburban area, (scheduled to air in December of 2008) and a second which features my clients and I looking in the city, (scheduled to air in mid 2009). Having resided in both the city and the suburbs, I am well versed in the pros and cons of both urban and suburban life and consider myself the consummate "urbansuburbanite." Collapse
