"I am writing in support of Patti Langerman and her great services as a Realtor. My husband and I contracted with Patti as a Realtor in March 2007 to sell our home in North Oaks, Minnesota. She was very professional and knowledgeable and provided us significant guidance in the sale of our home. Patti came out to our house to go through the home and suggest ways we could enhance it for showing. She also worked with us on the wording for the MLS documents, allowing us to select what we wanted to include in the description, while providing guidance in what will catch attention of readers. She produced great color brochures for the home and also contracted with a professional photographer who did some panoramic pictures of the inside of the home. We were very pleased with her service.
Our home went up on the market on a Friday morning in late March and we had an initial offer by that Sunday. Patti worked with us through the negotiations and we came to a sales price that was very satisfactory to both us and the buyers. She was also very responsible and helpful in the final closing meetings. The final closing on the home was completed after we had moved to Oregon and Patti served as our power of attorney for the closing. She did an excellent job with this important responsibility.
