Whether buying or selling, I promise you prompt, courteous, and unparalleled customer service with my extensive history of customer care serving the people of this beautiful state. As former Harford County Branch Office Manager for the Controller of Maryland, my decision to retire after 30+ years has allowed me to pursue my dream at this juncture of my life. The visiting public was never just a social security number to me; they were my friends and people I enjoyed assisting. It was very hard to make the choice to leave; however, I had been involved in Real Estate as far back as 1987 and loved it. Therefore, I moved on to broaden my horizons in the number of families I could assist.
Being born and raised in Bel Air, Harford County and its surrounding counties are familiar areas to me. So, buckle-up, get settled in the vehicle and let's roll towards your future!
My real estate career mission statement is as follows: First, help others achieve happiness, serenity and joy in their quest for a special home. Second, be understanding and thoughtful of the decision you make when parting with the home you presently own because goodbyes are never easy. Third, negotiate with skill and creativity in regards to marketing properties for sale so that you achieve the equity that you so deserve; you should be able to utilize your home as a "financial tool." Fourth, write offers to purchase in a manner so appealing that we will have great expectations to receive that special phone call saying, "Congratulations, your offer has been accepted!" Lastly, let me be a part of the biggest financial transaction you will ever be a part of in the purchasing or selling that special home. Let me place your heart at home!
