"I had asked on a Saturday for an agent from another Real Estate Company to draw up papers for an offer on the coming Monday. I called the broker on Monday morning at 10:00a.m. and asked if the papers were ready? She replied, 'What papers?' I then went to ZipRealty's website and called Pete Coronado, and asked, 'Is it possible to draw up an offer, quickly? His reply, 'Anything is possible!' Within about an hour and a half, I was faxing the signed documents back to Pete.
