I started out as a real estate investor in the late 1980s and passed my salesperson's license in 1993 and then worked part time for several years. When I left my corporate career for more fulfilling work, real estate was already in the forefront. I enjoy educating, coaching and mentoring anyone interested in real estate whether as a homeowner, homebuyer, investor "wannabe" or someone thinking about a career in real estate.
My paralegal background trained me in negotiations and my mortgage background trained me in analyzing and solving difficult financing situations. My Broker's license and GRI designation gave me advanced knowledge and made me fully committed to be always knowledgeable for my buyers and sellers. In this market, I relish working with buyers and educating them through the buying process while getting them their "dream house" at a terrific deal.
I am active in helping the developmentally disabled on a weekly basis and I enjoy sports. For example, I hope to break 90 in golf on a regular basis; I ran and finished the NY Marathon (I still run 1-2 miles a day) and play tennis. In addition to sports, I enjoy music and the theater.
