We encountered issues having the utilities turned on, but Marie contacted the selling agent daily to expedite this process. We had problems with the lender, who had abnormally large closing costs, and Marie directed me on where I could challenge to have them lowered (which they did by almost $1,500). We also had issues with the title company delaying the process, and Marie was there to push the process along.
