In my time here at ZipRealty I have achieved the Century Club award, meaning I have sold more than 100 homes so far, and still counting. Many people become REALTORS to make a quick buck or some extra money to supplement their real jobs. I become one because I like the idea of meeting new people and negotiating for the best deal. This is all I do, and I do it full time. Being a Realtor for many years now has allowed me to see the ups and downs in the market.
I strive to know the market and be able to inform my clients of what to expect and to help them work on exit strategies if they would need to sell a property in the future. I feel there is more to selling a home than opening the door for someone to see it.
The real art is in the negotiation, and getting the best deal for my clients. Regardless if you are a seller or buyer, I work the same way, only looking out for you and helping you get the best deal we can. I have worked with many first time homes buyers and many seasoned vets & investors.
In all cases they all want only one thing, the best deal (You can read some of their comments by clicking on the client testimonial tab below). For most of us buying a home is one of the largest investments we will make. I feel it should be a process that is both informative and enjoyable. I try my hardest to relieve the stress associated with the process so you can look back and know you made the right decision, both with the home you purchased and the REALTOR you chose to help you find that home. My wife is also a real estate agent here at Zip Realty and a long term working partner of mine. Together we continue to help our clients make their dreams come true.
