As first time buyers, we were a little nerves about where to even start the process of buying our home, but, from the first day Mike showed us the house he was so kind and helpful in answering all of the questions we had. Once our offer was accepted, he was diligent in telling us what we needed to do and also what we should be expecting from the different people involved in the sale.
He would let us know in advance what papers we would be getting from the escrow office and he would come and pick them up as soon as they we're signed.
