Hi, I'm Mary Lou Dingman, and I am excited to help you find your new home! I fell in love with Raleigh while attending college at ECU in Greenville. Several of my college friends were from Raleigh, and I was often invited home with them to visit family. I graduated from ECU in December '85, moved to Raleigh a month later and never looked back!!! I've watched Raleigh change and grow over the years, and am very happy to be a part of such a thriving and exciting city that is constantly evolving.
In my former life, I enjoyed a career as a DJ on Raleigh's former heritage rock radio station. When I bought my first house in 2000, I got "house fever". I just couldn't get enough of looking at homes, whether it was on TV or walking through my neighborhood. I left radio in 2001 and became a licensed REALTOR, where I started a career as an on-site sales agent for a national builder. I enjoyed a lot of success in new home sales, but wanted to take my real estate career to the next level. While I have extensive experience in new construction, I simply just love showing all types of homes.
