I started in the business as a real estate investor myself and currently own several multi-family properties in the Boston metro area. Having the mindset of an investor helps me understand the viewpoint of my clients as home owners, investors, and developers.
In addition to my experience in the residential markets of Boston and in particular, Cambridge, I also have extensive experience with business lease transactions for commercial retail operations and restaurants. I am a former technology management consultant and investment banker, having worked all over the US, parts of Asia, and Europe. I am also an avid athlete (rower, boxer, ice hockey, ski, volleyball), a certified scuba diver and have even gone sky diving, although I am a golfing hacker.
