"I feel so blessed to have had Mary Boulter as my agent. As an out of state buyer, Mary went above and beyond the call of duty. She was very quick to respond to my questions online and was even willing to do a 200 mile round trip road trip to take pictures of a home I was interested in seeing. I flew in from Orlando, Florida to Salt Lake City, Utah where Mary was willing to pick me up from the airport and drive me to my hotel. I opted for a rental car, which I ended up not needing as Mary literally drove me through every northern Utah county looking at aprox 30 homes that I had found online.
