My favorite moment is when the buyers first realize that they're standing in the middle of their perfect new home. Then it's time for me to make the process as smooth as possible for the buyers and the sellers. I love seeing the excitement of the buyers when the key is handed over at closing, and of the sellers as they move on to their next adventure.
