"We met Leslie through our daughter as a referral.The first communication started via telephone 1100 miles away. We in Southern California and ofcourse Leslie here in Washington. Our experience working with Leslie was pehenominal. At the onset we looked for a property in a specific area in Tacoma, Wa.via the internet and ofcourse communicating with Leslie. When my wife and I first found out that we would be moving from the East Coast to the Great Northwest, and had limited time in which to find a house we were beside ourselves. We had no idea that there were still agents that would bend over backwards to help find a home. We started looking in October of 2005 for houses in Washington. We were on the internet looking and came across ZipRealty's website. We pulled up an agent that had reffered us over to Leslie because she was more familiar with the area we were looking in. Let me tell you, trying to find a house in Washington State when you are living 3000 miles away is no easy task. Leslie worked with us daily and sent us email's of houses that we could look at. For three months this is how we looked at houses. It was not until January when we actually were able to visit Washington as well as meet Leslie for the first time in person. We were in Washington for one week and only had the amount of time! to view the houses we were interested in. Leslie had everything ready for us the day we arrived. She knew which houses we were interested in and had them all mapped out ready to view. She even had some for us to see that we had not seen before. Within three days we had our house picked out and a contract written up. Due to the fact that we were leaving just a day and a half later, she had set-up for the inspection to be done while we were still here. After we left to go back to Maryland, she was actually our main contact for everything. She even went out of her way to find us a broker that would finance our house. We were currently dealing with a broker from the East that had no idea of the zoning in Washington. We went for 3 weeks waiting for the approval. Finally, Leslie recommended someone to us and our loan was approved the same day. Leslie was a life-saver. We moved here in the beginning of February and it was a very smooth transition. Thanks to Leslie Mosier and ZipRealty, we were able to buy the house that we were looking for. Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication.
