"In my experience working with many real estate agents, I would rate Lori at the top for the following reasons: a) takes time to understand clients' needs and was able to put herself in clients' positions - she has good listening skills and an honest desire to help her clients. Lori's stamina and attentiveness is incredible. After a long day, her focus and alertness at the end of the day is the same as the first minute our meeting...Speaking of value, Lori knows not just the price but the value of the house. Lori would help to put a value to the house based on her knowledge and the comparisons of other houses sold in the past. Lori would look at the property as if she was the one buying the house. Probably it was because her past experience of being a real estate investor, Lori was able to comment about the various aspect of the house ranging from the cost of fixing a certain siding to the benefit of house based on "feng shui" - an important aspect that would help to resell the house later on. Furthermore her honesty shows when Lori would always put her clients first. In many occasions she would persuade her clients not to purchase a certain house because she felt that the house is overpriced - despite it would be more profitable for her to do otherwise. Because of her friendly attitude and a good team player, Lori has a great team of support partners - ranging from handy-man, carpenter, escrow company, and mortgage loan officers that would help to smoothe many "bumps" in the transaction. Because of this wide support network, Lori can deliver more than a house (i.e. a product) - she delivers a perfect house buying experience. But thru Lori's experience, I learned I needed to act quick since this kind of place/offer wouldn't last on the market for long. One thing I'd like to comment on is that Lori is very observant; she is able to "see" what kind of housing I am looking for and figure out what's the best possible fit without taking much information/clues from me. She rarely asked questions; she seems like she just knows the best fit and that's why her inclination is so relevant. I think such buyer-side considerations make her a unique agent and as such I feel comfortable that I will definitely work with her again on my next home purchase and also recommend her to my friends/colleagues.
