My efforts are concentrated on all the details to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.
For buyers, I will: (1) determine how much you can afford, (2) construct a legally enforceable contract, (3) negotiate the best price, (4) advise you of all necessary inspections (radon, termites, lead, mold, well and septic, etc.) and (5) accompany you to settlement.
For sellers, I will; (1) assess your home's market value, (2) market your property though Zip Realty's internet site, (3) develop a campaign of print advertisements, (4) place your home in the multiple listing service (MLS), and (5) hold open houses. I will also assist you in assessing and negotiating all contract offers and accompany you to settlement.
