When working with buyers, my job is to determine what the buyers want in a home then introduce them to properties that meet their needs. After we find the "right" property, my job is to negotiate the most competitive price for that property. Once the offer has been accepted, my responsibility is to communicate, coordinate and facilitate the process, making it as seamless as possible. When working with sellers, I see my job as marketing their homes to as many people as possible, in the shortest time, in order to generate the highest price for their property. When an offer has been accepted, my job again becomes to communicate, coordinate and facilitate the process, making it as seamless as possible. As to my personal interests, my wife and I enjoy boating. We keep a boat in the Delta, and enjoy traveling the 1,000 miles of Delta waterways. We also enjoy socializing with our friends in the Oxbow Yacht Club. Collapse
