I became keenly aware of the quality traits of good agents and wanted to employ those qualities when dealing with my own clients. One of the most essential traits, I believe, is the ability to really listen and understand the true needs of your client. My goal as a REALTOR is not to churn out transactions. My desire is to earn the trust of my clients so that they will rely on me for sound advice over a lifetime. Having been a buyer/seller myself, I am too familiar with agents that just want the sale, putting aside what's best for the client. I will not be that agent. What you can expect is a CPA who specializes in real estate while treating each and every client with the highest standard of professionalism and care.
