As my client you can expect me to do the following:
- Listen carefully to what you want.
- Make sure you understand every aspect involved in the process of buying or selling a home.
- Be easily available by phone or email.
- Keep a keen eye on the market, and preview listings to save you time.
- Follow up on every detail of your questions and requests.
- Bring to the table a network of trusted professionals (from loan officers to chimney sweeps) who I can recommend to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
- Develop in-depth price, neighborhood and market analysis of the homes that most interest you.
- Advise and help you negotiate a win-win contract with the best terms for both parties.
- Guide you through the closing process, keeping you informed as the transaction progresses.
- When showing you homes, I keep you well supplied of coffee (or tea), tell bad jokes and occasionally get lost.
- After the pleasure and thrill of giving you your keys, I stay in touch to make sure that all is well and you have not encountered any surprises.
