"Kathy was great! Although this was her first foreclosure, and my first house, she worked hard at making this 'deal' as easy for me as possible. Unfortunately, the selling agent was extremely difficult to work with - unresponsive, positively worthless. Kathy was unflapable. She powered through all of the selling agent's 'issues'. As soon as possible, Kathy was also able to get a different agent to work with her. Kathy followed through on all her promises, timelines, etc. Even though the title company (and my mortgage company) seemed to delay the closing, Kathy did everything she could to keep me calm.
