"Kiran Akalwadi was very helpful in finding the right house for us.
He was very informative and had good knowledge of housing
communities. All that I did was told him my minimum requirements
that I was looking in a house and my budget. Being a first time home
buyer, I had little knowledge about types of home and what to look
in a home. But with Kiran on our side, he used to tell us positive &
negative side of each house that we asked him to show us. He always
used to make clear statements which helped us understand pros and
cons of owning condo, townhouse, or a single family house. He helped
me to find a very nice townhouse within my budget and in a nice
neighbourhood. His negotiation skills were also very helpful. At the
time of home inspection we found problems with the roof and his
negotiation skills helped me to get the roof replaced by the seller.
He also managed to get me 3% cash back from the seller which helped
