"As first-time buyers, we realized very quickly how stressful it was to be looking in such a competitive seller's market. We had worked with another agent before, from another, supposedly reputable big-name real-estate company, and ended up being very frustrated, and almost disgusted with the whole process. Then, on the advice of a friend, we decided to try another agent. We went with Julie, and it was the single best thing we ever did in that whole experience. Julie took the time to talk to us, and calmed all the fears we had from our last agent, met with us at a location that was fairly convenient to us, took us on a Saturday tour to a few houses she had selected beforehand to show us, and then, followed up with any information we needed in assessing properties (disclosures, inspection reports, comps, etc) We found Julie to be incredibly strong particularly in the the following areas: 1) Calm, and relaxed: given how frustrating the market was, we actually liked, and looked forward to meeting with Julie or talking with her.
