As a retired US Army officer I have seen the world, and have extensive experience working with people from a myriad of cultures. I find Real Estate to be my most rewarding job, because I can be an active part of the realization of people's dreams. That is my focus - my client's dreams, and desires.
Having moved over 13 times with the military, I also understand the stress of relocating a family, and I can foresee needs and be ready to provide smooth transitions. Real Estate has been my full-time passion for over 6 years, and in those years I have received numerous sales awards, been trained as a Accredited Buyer's Representative, and Accredited Seller Representative. I have also been trained to serve our more senior population as a Senior Real Estate Representative.
I have lived in Thurston County for 19 years, and am very familiar with the area. I know Fort Lewis and McChord AFB, and the most convenient residential areas that offer easy commutes. I love to fish and am an avid wood worker. I am a backpacker and cross-country fisherman, with many miles in the Cascades. I also keep a large summer garden. I have been married for 28 years and have two daughters (19 and 14). My strengths are integrity, perseverance, perception and a strong sense of humor. I believe buying or selling a home should be fun and exciting, not stressful drudgery. I know my job and can carry the load, so my clients do not have to. I also love kids, and encourage they be part of the process.
