I found my passion for real estate after having purchasing my fourth home. I was always disenchanted by realizing that the real estate agents I had worked with in the past had treated me as nothing more than a transaction and once papers were signed, they were gone like the wind. When I relocated to North Carolina, I lost the opportunity of buying the house of my dreams because my agent failed to fight for me.Soon afterward I started working for a mortgage company and realized that my loan officer also took advantage of my ignorance. I decided to get involved and make a difference.
I have been working in the industry for over three years first as a loan officer then as a realtor. The buyers I work with become my friends. They know that I will be there for them for as long as they need me. I don't see real estate as a simple business. I see it more as being the professional who helps people find their ideal homes. I use my expertise in the industry and the area as a tool to give my buyers the opportunity to make a sound decision.
