Taking Care of People. That's what I love to do. From my first job as a hotel desk clerk, to Personnel Admin Specialist in the Army, going to college for hotel management, designing incentive programs and now as a realtor, I have always taken care of people.
Based on my first embarrassing experience, I designed and formulated a listing presentation package for Home Owners looking to get a true idea of the value of their homes when it's time to sell. Most importantly, it lets them know what they will actually net once the home sells. I have now formed a Listings Team and we have one simple mission statement, "We Want To Work For You!"
My experience in new home sales allowed me to learn the construction process from the ground up. My diligence and curiosity during home inspections has allowed me to be able to see things that may normally be missed. My creativity has given my customers success in selling their homes with unusual efforts to attract interest from potential buyers. Most importantly, my love of what I do has given me the ability to share with others what's worked for me. When I've had doubts or questions, I've always sought the help of others to make sure the customer is always taken care of and communicated with. I am positive that with the experience I have gained and the benefits of the customer service approach I live by, that my team and I can take care of you.
My varied hobbies and interests include chess and all sports. My biggest and most expensive hobby, since 2000, has been collecting Christmas village houses and pieces. I have several thousand total pieces and have displayed my collection for charitable causes, such as the Children's Miracle Network and Toys for Tots on several occasions. My largest display was 8 feet wide by 72 feet long, complete with a hand-made 18-hole golf course, and baseball and football stadiums.
