I was born and raised in an entrepreneurial family in Massachusetts. I learned the "ins & outs" of running a business and the importance of customer service at a very young age. I graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts. Over the last 15 years I have had the good fortune of living in Italy and traveling extensively through Europe, Africa, The Dominican Republic, Mexico, Canada, and of course the US.

In the beginning of 1999 I moved to Portland, quickly fell in love with the city and state, knew it was home from the moment I arrived. Within a year I had purchased my first home and really gotten to know the city, the restaurants, the culture, the surrounding areas. Before long I had friends who grew up here asking me what restaurants to eat at, day trips to take, etc...this transferred perfectly to my profession. Today I work hard and play hard. I have become an avid scuba diver, still love to travel, still find new restaurants, still find myself every bit as passionate about Portland and Oregon as I was the day I arrived.

Customer Service

The one thing every business I have ever linked my name to has shared was the impeccable treatment of the customer. This begins with truly listening to and understanding a client's hopes and needs. I try to put myself in his or her shoes, becoming passionate about his or her wishes, and then follow through consistently, until the job is done. It isn't rocket science, but it is something that I never allow myself to lose sight of. It is something that does set me apart, something I am proud of. For me this is not only crucial for a successful long-term business, it is also extremely satisfying personally.

My Pledge

I promise to make my clients' needs a top priority. I will do so with integrity and honesty with all whom I encounter. I will use my negotiation skills, humor, as well as my knowledge of the market, industry, and human behavior to provide the very best experience possible for both my clients and my peers. In business, as in life, I can not promise that everything will always go perfectly, buying as selling property is a complicated process. I can, however, assure you that regardless of the obstacle I will always be there for you, and I will do my best to not only fix any snags that are encountered, but to have you genuinely thrilled with the service you have received.

Community

I have volunteered my time and provided resources to many non-profit organizations that give back to community and earth in a multitude of ways. I contribute to charitable organizations and regularly participate in Community Service events which help less fortunate local residents. Collapse
