I learned by watching my parents, who literally lived in a tent when they first married, (my father became an agent and my mother flipped houses) that one could create a very healthy financial future with limited seed money through Real Estate ownership. As a Financial Advisor, I was not licensed to talk about Real Estate and referred my clients to others for help, even though my personal Financial Plan was heavily rooted in property ownership. Adding a Real Estate license seemed like the next logical step, and has proved to be more enjoyable as a career choice as well.

While I am relatively new to the field as a professional, investment in Real Estate has always provided my family with a source of income, having personally owned over twenty properties in the past 25 years.

My business and personal philosopy can be best be summed up in the words of Jabez, with my focus being on 'causing no harm' while helping others to "increase their territories".

Keeping my life balanced is my biggest challenge, as I find working easier than playing. When relaxing, I might be found scrapbooking, skiing, dancing, or on an ATV. My family is always my first priority, and my two children are a constant source of joy for me. Collapse
