As an investor, I was involved in rehab of older properties and their resale. I started taking real estate classes just to make myself more knowledgeable about the process. Fortunately, the real estate professionals we worked with made the process fun and I decided to get my license and apply what I had learned to helping people find their home. My years of experience of working with people both in the retail business and owning my business as a personal property appraiser gives me a foundation for knowing how to listen and guide clients on their path to purchasing their home. I am patient and diligent and make myself available to my clients so that we develop a close working relationship. I do not look on myself as a sales person, but rather as a professional "coach" who is responsible for the team's success.

I have the responsibility, and I take that responsibility very seriously, for helping my clients find just the right home, and then guiding them through to a smooth, successful, completion of the transaction. I don't want to do just one "deal"; my hope is that my clients would feel so happy about their Realtor they would remember me the next time and refer me to their friends and family. Collapse
