I have studied the various methods and have devoted most of my time in the area of web marketing via websites, blogging sites, etc. I have learned a great deal about how this all works and feel very confident in my ability to properly market your home in the most effective ways available. The old way of placing a sign in the yard and entering the home in MLS is simply not enough. As technology advances, the need for internet savvy agents will increase and those who are just now beginning to try and grasp all that are already so far behind they might never catch up. I really enjoy discovering new ways to get a listing exposed to potential buyers. Everyday I learn something new and have decided to make the internet the "meat" of my business model. I have 3 kids (all girls...yikes) and have been married for 11 years. I am a full time Realtor and this is the primary means by which I support my family.
