I graduated from USC with a business and marketing degree. After graduation I chose a career in retail, beginning with my employment at The Broadway as an area manager. I then went on to work at T.J. Maxx and Millers Outpost as store managers, and most recently served as a store manager for the Disney Stores. I spent 9 years with the Disney Stores and was awarded "The People Award" for successfully implementing a pilot program named "Project Go", which improved efficiencies in guest service, management, shipping, and backstage organization. In addition to "Project Go", I trained zone directors, corporate executives, district managers, store managers, and cast members both domestically and internationally. My efforts directly contributed to increased sales throughout the company.

I volunteer weekly at The Norris Cancer Hospital in Los Angeles. At the hospital, I prepare patients for operation, day treatment and help out in the gift shop. I have also assisted the Pasadena Junior Chamber in their annual "Operation Santa", which takes place on Christmas Eve. With a team of 3 people who make up Santa, Mrs. Clause and an elf, we deliver presents to children in the Pasadena area that have written a letter to Santa. In addition I am involved in a revelatory security I.D. for children. I visit day care centers, pre-school facilities, and elementary schools in order to gather and input child information provided by parents. This information is then recorded on to a CD which is compatible with any computer. This is a self-start system that is used to aid the authorities in locating a lost child and is compatible with the Amber Alert system.
