I was born in Puerto Rico on the 29TH of September 1970. My father, Luis Caban was a successful purchasing sales manager and owner of a business in my hometown that helped form my business sense. I was born in Puerto Rico on the 29TH of September 1970. My father, Luis Caban was a successful purchasing sales manager and owner of a business in my hometown that helped form my business sense. I acknowledge my father's influence by stating that "My father was my mentor, and I learned a tremendous amount about every aspect of the Sales and Marketing industry from him."

I left family and friends in Puerto Rico and embarked on a new journey. I moved to Seattle in 1989 to study at University of Washington, I majored in Business and years later started my own construction business.

My dream was to work for a big corporation as a Management Engineer. Therefore, I completed my Bachelor of Management and my Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing. After completing my MBA I moved to Naples, FL and then began to work with Starbucks Coffee Company because that was a "practical" career with a stable income and awesome potential to grow within.

As a single mother of three fantastic young children I was really looking for financial security. Yet, I felt like a clone, and remember customers telling me everyday I was too bubbly and a very passionate extrovert! They always told me I should be selling Real Estate.

No one wanted success more than me! Consequently, I pursued my career in Real Estate and became a REALTOR while I was still working at Starbucks.

I am now a Licensed Real Estate Professional at ZipRealty serving all SW Florida. I am a Real Estate expert capable to represent both buyers and sellers in any community of the area. I enjoy selling real estate as well as conducting business with both national and International buyers own a piece of this glorious country with honesty, professionalism and work ethics.

I am a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), The Naples Area Association of Realtors (NABOR), The Realtor Association of Greater Miami and beaches (RAMP), Compliance Officer of The Board of Directors of The National Association of Hispanic Realtors (NAHREP), Member of The Council of Naples of Certified International Property Specialist Network (CIPS), International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA) and I just received a new real estate designation Transnational Referral certified (TRC). I am frequently asked by local newspapers to write articles about Real Estate both in Spanish and English.

I strive to expand my Real Estate knowledge with courses and certifications such as the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and other selling and marketing courses.
