While previously working as a computer software consultant for large companies throughout the U.S. and Europe, I was also personally involved with Real Estate investments for over 30 years, including investments in condos, rental houses, raw land development, waterfront, and personal residences. Having recently retired from computer software, I would now like to assist others in potentially gaining wealth through their own real estate investments, whether in rental property, land speculation, or their own personal residences. I believe very strongly in real estate ownership to raise one's net worth and standard of living.
I chose to work with ZipRealty I have found the current commission structure in standard real estate agencies to be excessive. As with my own transactions, I wish to help buyers and sellers lower those commissions through use of the Internet.
