- Over 3 years as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser focusing on single-family, condominiums, and 2-4 unit income properties;

- Managing Real Estate Education Conferences around the US for over 5 years; - Being licensed as a Real Estate Agent in Utah since 2002; and - Owning investment properties in multiple states.
