In addition, as a previous registered appraiser in the state of Colorado I have an in-depth understanding of how to value real estate. Since moving to Jacksonville with my family in 1991, I have moved away and back twice. My husband and I are delighted to say that we are "here to stay" and feel very privileged to have the opportunity to raise our two children here, in Jacksonville. I have experienced the emotional and financial roller coaster ride of buying and selling a home and relocating to unfamiliar areas.
