By understanding your concerns and expectations, I can better negotiate a price and terms that you fully understand and are able to agree to. Then I do the paperwork and get it to closing. I become your most loyal advocate, and I am legally bound to put your interests first and foremost. I will inform you of current market conditions and do a comparative market analysis of properties you are considering making an offer for. I will negotiate for what you want and need, as well as endeavor to protect you in the process.
I will never pressure you; my goal is not to just sell a piece of property, but to assist you in the purchase of your home.
