I believe good communication is essential to a good experience in buying or selling a home. To me, a positive real estate transaction requires a number of things - A proactive agent to stay on top of market prices and make sure the best house doesn't slip through the cracks; a detailed transaction coordinator to make sure all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed; someone who will take the time to explain any contracts, be available to answer any questions that may arise along the way; and someone who can be a strong negotiator in order to facilitate the best outcome for clients, and above all, to help you save money! Because those are the things I would require in a home purchase or sale, that is what I strive to provide for each of my clients.
