"Our experience with the ZipRealty agents went far beyond our expectations of real estate professionals. Being in the military, we have a very short amount of time to relocate from one state to another. Naturally, this often creates a lot of stress, anxiety and pressure to find a home quickly. I arrived in Texas over a holiday period. The days that my primary agent, Christine Taylor, were not available, she made plans for another ZipRealty agent to fill-in for her. I must admit that I was a little apprehensive about having to work with a realtor that I had not had any prior contact with; however, those fears went right out the window when Regina Hernandez showed up. We would look at houses from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Not once did she ever complain! As a matter of fact, she would drive through subdivision after subdivision to show me houses that were not on my list and immediately set them up for a showing while we were parked out front. Unfortunately, despite all the hard work of these two ladies, I left Texas without any luck. Much to my chagrin over not finding a house, it didn't seem to deter either one of them. Now that they knew my taste, they both continued to look for homes that they felt we would be interested in. Thanks to their perseverance, they found one! Since time was ticking down for us to move, Christine immediately put pen to paper and assisted us in our offer, loan process, home inspection, survey, and walk-thru. Since we were out of state, we were able to complete contracts easily through the Docu-Sign program over the internet. This made things so much easier. I would also like to state that Christine's attention to detail is unsurpassed. She noticed issues in the walk-thru that were a result of a repair that had been done, which saved us time and money on another repair item.
