I enjoy working with my Clients, helping them to find and buy their new home. It is as exciting for me (well almost!), as it is for you, when I hand you the keys to your new home. When we meet for the first time I explain what you can expect from me as we look for homes and what I will need from you as we view homes and what I will need when you are ready to place an offer on a home.
I became an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) to help my Clients with homes to sell. I Stage, using your furnishings and accessories, helping you put your "best foot forward" in the sale of your home. When you list your home with me you will not only receive excellent service, but a complete marketing plan and a staging plan.
Service and education are two areas I believe strongly in, whether you are buying or selling. If you are buying, and I know what type of home you are looking for, or special needs you may have, I inform you of homes I have seen or have information on, that might be of interest to you. If you are selling I keep you informed of the marketing, feedback on your home and all offers. I do the open houses for my listings. I am always as close as a phone call or email whether you are buying or selling.
My hobbies include gardening, dancing, reading and genealogy. I have 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren. I have lived in the area for 40 years.
