"I have to tell you, I couldn't have picked a better realtor agent if I had spent 100 years researching all the agents available. Caroline gave me a call the day I first found the Zip website and we chatted for a while so that she would understand my requirements. That was in very early January. I scheduled a weekend to come to Chicago to meet with her and have her show me houses. The weekend I came, it snowed forever but she still took me to 8 houses on Saturday and 6 on Sunday before I found the one I bought. She traipsed through 18" of snow like a trooper and made sure that I had every opportunity to see what was available.
