Cindy Cimino

When we were in the process of relocating to the Raleigh, NC area, Cindy worked with us by phone and email. She asked us questions ranging from general (i.e. town preference) to specific (i.e. exterior color of the house) in order to locate homes that best suited our criteria. She sent us listings via email and we provided her with feedback about the homes. Before we were scheduled to meet with Cindy, she visited many of the communities and relayed her findings to us. We were impressed with the time and effort Cindy put into the process, even before meeting us.

Upon meeting Cindy and her husband, Richard, we were presented with a folder of information about the Raleigh area. It included maps, events that take place in the area, and information about the communities we would be visiting. The information was extremely thoughtful and helpful and we still occasionally reference it today!

Considering I was also trying to sell a home out of state, having Cindy pay attention to all these details was very important to me and certainly above and beyond what was expected.
