As a Technology Savvy Realtor, with more than 10 years experience in real estate and 30+ years of living in the East Bay, I am well acquainted with the different communities, neighborhoods, schools, and the local Real Estate market, especially having worked thru the different market trends. I am committed to helping my clients maximize their real estate investment while minimizing their stress level as we go through the process of selling and/or buying their next home together.
I initially started my career in Social Work, working in different areas of this field up until 1993 when I changed my focus to real estate. In real estate, I am doing what I've always enjoyed: working with people, analyzing opportunities, and providing information to my clients so that they can make informed decisions at every step of the home buying/selling process. I love sharing the knowledge and experience that I have to help negotiate the best price and terms for my clients.
Over the course of my real estate career, I have worked with home buyers and sellers as a Realtor in a traditional brokerage as well as working at ZipRealty, one of the pioneering and leading INTERNET based brokerages, where I am trained on cutting edge technology as it is being developed and implemented. I've also managed a real estate office and worked in the management of Homeowners Associations and Corporate Relocation.
