I listen to my clients to understand what their motivation for buying or selling is and what their requirements are. I understand that the bottom line for a buyer is to feel that they invested in the best home given their requirements and budget and a seller needs to feel that they sold their home for the best price given market conditions, condition of home and location. "The Best Possible Deal" is the value that I add to each of my real estate transactions. After retiring from Hewlett-Packard in 2002, I got my real estate license and embarked on my real estate career. My technology skills are above average thanks to extensive training and hands on experience working for Hewlett-Packard/ I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors. I completed the Accredited Buyers Rep and New Home Rep training. The Accredited Buyer Representative and New Home Representative designations are the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria of buyer representation. I continually seek training over and above the required Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) classes. This enables me to stay on top of changes in the real estate industry and leverage the best deal, in the best interest of my clients.
