A Caring Approach
It was daunting for an 11-year old girl to take a bus to a place in the big city she had never visited before, but Brenda was determined. A Caring Approach
It was daunting for an 11-year old girl to take a bus to a place in the big city she had never visited before, but Brenda was determined. After all, she had spent half of her allowance on biscuits for the dogs in the large animal control pound. After several visits, the authorities decided it wasn't safe for her to visit the pound unsupervised. Although that ended her visits to that pound, it didn't dampen her compassion for or commitment to the welfare of animals.
In her adult years, Brenda has surrounded herself with animals; some were bought, some rescued. She volunteers at shelters and has completed a Wildlife Rehabilitation course in order to help rescued injured/orphaned critters. Most recently, upon learning of the honeybee crisis in the U.S. (colony collapse disorder), Brenda and her husband took up beekeeping, and have five very active hives in their north Raleigh yard.
Brenda's compassion doesn't end with caring for animals; her children and extended family are at the center of what is really important to her. Gatherings on holidays and just for the fun of it are really an important part of her life.
Taking You Home
When Brenda is your agent, you're family. Anyone can find you a house. Brenda does whatever it takes to find you the right home - the place where you can get a sense of community. She assumes the role of adviser, negotiator and facilitator for her clients.
"My clients can trust that I will always take the time to make their real estate experience the best they ever had; their success is my success."
When the deal is done, and you are settled in, Brenda stays in touch. "For me, being a Realtor is more than just selling homes; it's building relationships with my clients based on my expertise and respect for them."
So when you're ready to buy or sell your next property, turn to Brenda, as she has done many times before, she can make your transition a success. While past results may not be the only measure of success, when it comes time to buying or selling your home, your single largest asset, can you think of anything more reassuring to go by?
