"This testimony and letter of commendation is heartfelt and long overdue. Moving is arguably one of the most stressful, time-consuming, anxiety heightened experiences one could endure. Not only were we moving, we transferred from what seemed to be one continent to another (albeit Northern Virginia to Southern California). My husband lived in temporary housing in CA, while our 2yr old and I remained in Virginia pending the sale of our "dream home". I'm not sure how she did it, but Beth quickly convinced us that Chula Vista had everything we wanted. Beth took countless photos and made numerous visits to homes we saw on the Internet and homes she researched on our behalf. The process was difficult because I spent most of my time in Virginia. However, to our surprise, we quickly identified two homes that met nearly all of our expectations.
Beth's experience in selling, lending and an expertise in state-to-state relocation facilitated a smooth move. We purchase a new construction home in Eastlake and we love it!
Upon my request, she even assisted in providing knowledge and support to deal with our troublesome agent in Fairfax, Virginia.
