After 27 years in International Trade as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a major steamship line and reporting to the Government of Taiwan, my wife and I agreed to accept a transfer offer from her company and moved to Boise, Idaho. At last I was free to fulfill a life long dream and entered Real Estate. Upon returning from Boise I was offered a position to help start up a new steamship line in Long Beach with service to the Far East. I accepted but after six months it was clear that I wasn't happy and promptly resigned and went back into Real Estate.

I believe in educating my clients throughout the real estate purchase process. I equally believe that my education is important as well. Therefore I hold a Real Estate Broker's license, which is the highest designation you can obtain in California Real Estate. I attend as many continuing educational courses as offered by the Pacific West Association of Realtors. Education is essential for a successful client relationship. Collapse
