When analyzing today's property buying, selling and investing opportunities, I take a long range view which helps my clients navigate market trends. This is a different market from a year ago, yet there are still a lot a wonderful opportunities. I love the challenges that real estate presents as well as the rewards it gives to savvy investors so I seek out additional options for my clients.

In addition to the traditional home-buying and relocation processes, I also specialize in properties that aren't on the market and have privileged access to pre-foreclosures, distressed properties and bank-owned properties. My passion lies in the thrill of the adventure, which begins at the genesis of a client relationship and culminates in the genius of finding the right properties for my clients. I have a heart-to-heart with all clients to learn what motivates them so I can focus on their urgencies. I get the most satisfaction from fulfilling their needs, satisfying the business relationship, and forming lifetime friendships.
