"How can you describe the perfect house to your realtor when you are buying over the internet? The realtor must be as intuitive as Beth is. My husband and I are delighted. We are empty nesters, yet our children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, cousins and friends visit. We wanted a home not too large not too small with land and trees and close to all of the amenities in the city as well as the bay. Beth took the time to understand what each of us wanted in a house and to look at every house we asked her to. When this house was found, she immediately arranged to look at the house, took a myriad of photos, then called to let us know that it seemed to be what both of us wanted in a house. She e-mailed us all of the pictures while on the phone so that she could explain each one. Beth arranged and stayed with the home inspectors during all of the household inspections: home structure, plumbing, wiring, septic, water well, land boundary, and the Veterans Administration. She took the trouble to find resource personnel for fencing and remodeling the future family room. Beth stayed in close contact via the internet and phone. Buying a house over the internet was extremely emotional to say the least. Beth relieved the stress by contacting us daily, answering any and all questions that had. When we had a question that she could not answer, she found the answer within a short time, never taking more than an hour to get back to us. We first saw the house online on Sunday. Beth viewed the house in person and sent us all of the information we needed on Monday. We signed the papers on Tuesday.
