"Brian Christopher represented our family in the sale of my mother's home in Medford, Massachusetts...Mr. Christopher's understanding of the housing marketplace was excellent. I felt that his marketing strategy was intelligent, and that he priced our property accurately.
I interviewed a number of other realtors and solicited proposals from them. Unlike Mr.Christopher, the other realtors had no practical plan for marketing the property, and priced the property too high, evidently hoping for a listing. In addition, Mr. Christopher's strong advice to remove all furniture from our (small) home was in direct contrast to the other realtors, who were indifferent to this point. In fact, one of them encouraged me to leave the house furnished. I believe that Mr. Christopher's advice to remove the furnishings was critical to the sale.

Mr. Christopher soothed him and acted as a facilitator in making the deal go forward. Mr. Christopher suggested a local attorney for us, who worked out wonderfully and was quite inexpensive; suggested a property inspector for the buyer; obtained smoke certificates for us with the fire department: escorted the buyer through the house several times; and, overall, was critical to making this a painless transaction.
