The agent was more than a salesperson, more like a consultant and this is the kind of agent/consultant that I have tried to be. I believe as an agent I must be current in what's going on in the market and be able to speak intelligently on issues that matter most to my clients. This is why I look at this business as a practice that I must continue to educate myself to be most effective for my clients.
