What can I say to convince you to consider doing business with me? Just like anything else, there will be good agents and "not-so'good" agents. I am going to tell you why I am different in hopes you will give me an opportunity to work with you.
Work Ethics. From my personal experience, it boils down to work ethics. I have very strong and old-fashion work ethics and take a lot of pride in my work. I have a great respect for the clients I represent and they are treated with complete honesty at all times. Most of my friends who know me will describe me as a "hard worker and very professional". Bottom Line: You have hired me to do a job and I intend to keep my promise from start to finish even after the closing!
Professionalism. This isn't something that is automatic. Professionalism has to be cultivated. Education helps to nurture this characteristic. I am always trying to educate myself through continuing education courses or trying to learn about technology. Infact I try to keep up with the market trends. I am always ready to acquire as much knowledge as possible in something I am committed to doing in order to be the best real estate resource you have to represent you. After all, they say that "knowledge is power" and that's exactly the position you want to be in when negotiating real estate transactions.
High-Tech! You should hire the agent who will do the best job of aggressively marketing your property and the agent who can acquire data quickly and efficiently for the purchase or sale of your home. I appreciate your trust in hiring me, and I take my job very seriously. You need to look at your real estate agent as someone who will "keep you informed throughout the entire process." You need to look at your real estate agent as a person who "continually keeps up-to-date with the real estate and technology industries." You need your real estate agent to be a "true professional, someone you can trust, and someone who will listen to you." Time is a luxury for all of us! We just don't have enough of it to do everything we would like.
